The dead were his 52-year-old twin brother David Bird, 60-year-old family solicitor Kevin Commons, 43-year-old fellow taxi driver Darren Rewcastle, 75-year-old Susan Hughes, 71-year-old Kenneth Fishburn, 68-year-old Jennifer Jackson, 67-year-old James Jackson, 65-year-old Isaac Dixon, 31-year-old Garry Purdham, 23-year-old James 'Jamie' Clark, 64-year-old Michael Pike and 66-year-old Jane Robinson.
