A highly flammable cloud that was ignited by sparks created by two passenger trains passing each other nearby. Both trains were carrying many children: one was returning from a holiday vacation on the Black Sea and the other was taking children there. (4 June 1989)

Wednesday 30th of June 1971 (x) — 43-year-old commander Georgy Dobrovolsky, 38-year-old test engineer Viktor Patsayev and 37-year-old flight engineer Vladislav Volkov are found dead upon returning in their Soyuz 11 after breaking the record of staying in space for 23 days The three crew members of Soyuz 11 are the only humans known to have died in space.
