Williams hired college student Charles Carr to drive him to a concert on New Year's Day at the Windsor Theater in Canton, Ohio when Williams was discovered unresponsive in the back seat. The only items found in the backseat of Williams' 1952 Cadillac were a few cans of beer and the hand-written lyrics to an unrecorded song 'Then Came that Fateful Day'. The cause of death was heart failure caused by the combination of alcohol, morphine and chloral hydrate.

Saturday 1st of December 2007 (x) — Fraudster John Darwin walks into the police station claiming to have no memory of the past five years.
Darwin had been missing after a trip on the North Sea on 21 March 2002 and declared dead. On 23 July 2008 John and his wife Anne Darwin were both convicted of fraud. John was sentenced to six years and three months in prison.
