Marcella Claxton is attacked with a hammer by serial killer Peter Sutcliffe aka The Yorkshire Ripper at the age of 20 in Roundhay Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. Claxton survived but required extensive brain surgery and needed 52 stitches to close the wounds in her head. |
