51-year-old serial killer Peter Sutcliffe aka The Yorkshire Ripper is stabbed in both eyes with a Parker Rollerball pen by Ian Kay aka The Woolworth Killer in Broadmoor Hospital, Crowthorne, Berkshire, United Kingdom. Sutcliffe lost the vision in his left eye and his right eye was severely damaged.
