Christie buried Fuerst's body in the back garden after initially hiding it beneath the floorboards of his front living room.

Wednesday 24th of March 1948 (x) — Miscarriage of justice victim Timothy Evans moves with his wife Beryl from 11 St Mark’s Road to a two room top flat.
On 10 October of that year their baby Geraldine was born.

Tuesday 8th of November 1949 (-) — Victim of John Christie aka The Strangler of 10 Rillington Place Beryl Evans is gassed and strangled by John Christie aka The Strangler of 10 Rillington Place.
Beryl and Timothy Evans' 1-year-old daughter Geraldine was also strangled. Timothy confessed to the murder and was executed by hanging on 9 March 1950. Before Christie's execution by hanging on 15 July 1953 he confessed to murdering Beryl Evans. An official inquiry concluded in 1966 that Christie had also murdered Geraldine, and Timothy Evans was granted a posthumous pardon.
