Nobleman and chemist Antoine-Laurent Lavoisier aka The Father of Modern Chemistry is executed by the Guillotine at the age of 51 in Place de la Révolution, VIIIe, Paris, Île-de-France, France. Lavoisier was charged with tax fraud and selling adulterated tobacco and tried, convicted and executed on the same day.
