In three hours time Mateen shot and killed 49 people and wounded another 58 with a SIG Sauer MCX semi-automatic rifle and a 9mm Glock 17 semi-automatic pistol during a 'Latin Night'. At 2:45 a.m., Mateen called News 13 of Orlando and said "I'm the shooter. It's me. I am the shooter." He then said he was carrying out the shooting on the behalf of ISIS and began speaking rapidly in Arabic.

Mary Hogan is shot dead by murderer and body snatcher Ed Gein aka America’s Most Bizarre Murderer at the age of 54 in Plainfield, Wisconsin, United States.

During a search of Gein's house, Hogan's face mask was found in a paper bag and her skull in a box among other artefacts made of human body parts.
