Amanda Beth Carr is strangled by serial killer Paul John Knowles aka The Casanova Killer at the age of 15 in Milledgeville, Georgia, United States.

Knowles attempted to engage in necrophilia with her corpse after murdering Amanda, but his attempts were unsuccessful.
