18-year-old serial killer Fritz Haarmann aka Der Hannover Werwolf is diagnosed as suffering from an incurable mental disease in Provinzial Heil- und Pflegeanstalt, Langenhagen, Niedersachsen, Germany. Between 1918 and 1924 Haarmann killed 27 boys and young men in Hannover.
