Lyubov Zuyeva is stabbed to death by serial killer Andrei Chikatilo aka The Rostov Ripper at the age of 31 in Donleskhoz, Rostov Oblast, Russia.

Zuyeva encountered Chikatilo while travelling from Novocherkassk to Shakhty. Zuyeva's skeletonized body was found in woodland close to Donleskhoz station on 24 August.
