31-year-old serial killer Larry Eyler aka The Leather Boy Killer is arrested by Trooper Kenneth Buehrle in Interstate 65, Lowell, Indiana, United States. Earlier that night Eyler picked up Darl Hayward hitchhiking on the Ontario Street ramp to the Kennedy and Dan Ryan Expressways in Chicago with the intention to kill him. |
