Cop killer Thomas Andy Barefoot is executed by lethal injection at the age of 39 in Huntsville Prison, 815 12th Street, Huntsville, Texas, United States. Barefoot shot 31-year-old police officer Carl LeVin in the head in an attempt to avoid arrest after he raped a 3-year-old girl.
