41-year-old mass murderer James Ruppert shoots his entire family with a .357 Magnum pistol, two .22 caliber handguns and a rifle because his 65-year-old mother Charity was frustrated with her son's inability to hold a steady job and his constant drinking; she threatened to evict him in 635 Minor Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, United States. The victims were his 65-year-old mother Charity, his 42-year-old brother Leonard II, his 38-year-old sister-in-law Alma and their children 17-year-old Leonard Jr., 16-year-old Michael, 15-year-old Thomas, 13-year-old Carol, 12-year-old Ann, 11-year-old David, 9-year-old Teresa and 4-year-old John.
