34-year-old serial killer and cannibal Jeffrey Dahmer aka The Milwaukee Cannibal is attacked by fellow inmate Osvaldo Durruthy with a razor embedded in a toothbrush as he sat in the prison chapel after the weekly church service was concluded, attempting to slash his throat in Columbia Correctional Institution, 2925 Columbia Drive, Portage, Wisconsin, United States. Dahmer received superficial wounds and was not seriously hurt in the incident.
