Gilbert Martinez is beaten and sexually assaulted by serial killer Charles Ray Hatcher aka Evil Incarnate at the age of 6 in San Francisco, California, United States.

Police arrived and arrested the assailant who identified himself as Albert Ralph Price although he carried identification with the name Hobert Prater and later proved to be Hatcher.
