Joey Kallinger is drowned by serial killer Joseph Kallinger aka The Shoemaker at the age of 14 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States.

Joseph and his other son Michael were supposedly going to take some pictures of Joey, chained to a ladder in a flooded basement.
