Murderer Peter Carlier commits suicide hanging in his cell at the age of 61 in Gevangenis, Zwarte-Brugstraat 4, Hasselt, Limburg, Belgium. Carlier spent 30 years in prison for the sadist murder of his 21-year-old neighbour girl.
