X-rays of the pelvic region of 64-year-old serial killer, child rapist and cannibal Albert Fish aka The Cannibal aka The Werewolf of Wysteria aka The Moon Maniac reveal 27 needles scattered thoughout the area of his groin and lower abdomen in Grasslands Hospital, 100 Woods Road, Valhalla, New York, United States. Fish began to indulge in self-harm since his wife left him for John Straube in January 1917.
