 Assassin Gavrilo Princip aka The Teenager who Changed the World dies of tuberculosis at the age of 24 in Terezin, Ústí nad Labem, Czechoslovakia. At the time of his death Princip weighed around 40 kilograms, weakened by malnutrition and disease. His body had become wracked by skeletal tuberculosis that ate away his bones so badly that his right arm had to be amputated. |
