26-year-old mass murderer Satoshi Uematsu stabs 19 mentally disabled people from 18 to 70 years old to death in a residential care center in Tsukui Yamayuri En, Sagamihara, Kantō, Japan. Another 26 patients were injured. Uematsu turned himself in at the Tsukui Police Station two hours after the incident with a bag of multiple kitchen knives and other bloodstained sharp tools.
