31-year-old serial killer Heriberto Seda aka The New York Zodiac Killer is sentenced to 83 1/3 years to life in prison for killing three people and attempting to kill a fourth in Queens, New York, New York, United States. Seda caused repeated disruptions in court, making outbursts and shouting at the judge.
