Earlier that day Taylor clubbed to death his 40-year-old wife Ruthie, 24-year-old son Rick, 29-year-old sister-in-law Mylissa Campbell, 6-year-old niece Jolissa Morales and 24-year-old family friend Tomy Kang Jung. Taylor died of his injuries three hours later at St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood.

Teresa Lyn 'Terry' Blodger Wallin is shot dead by serial killer and cannibal Richard Chase aka The Vampire of Sacramento at the age of 23 in Tioga Way 2630, Sacramento, California, United States.

Chase then had sexual intercourse with Wallin's corpse while stabbing her with a butcher knife. He then removed multiple organs, cut off one of her nipples and drank her blood.
