Jeffrey Rignall is raped, drugged, whipped and tortured by serial killer John Wayne Gacy aka The Killer Clown at the age of 27 in 8213 West Summerdale Avenue, Cook, Chicago, Illinois, United States.

When Rignall next regained consciousness he woke up under a statue in Chicago's Lincoln Park.
