 Murderer Shaka Sankofa born as Gary Lee Graham is executed by lethal injection at the age of 37 in Huntsville Prison, 815 12th Street, Huntsville, Texas, United States. A Cell Extraction Team was dispatched to force Sankofa towards the death chamber where it took five jail guards to strap him to the gurney. |
