Victim of Leopold & Loeb aka The Perfect Murderers Bobby Franks is kidnapped and murdered by Nathan Leopold and Richard Loeb aka The Perfect Murderers at the age of 15 in Chicago, Illinois, United States. Franks' body was dumped near Wolf Lake in Hammond, Indiana.
