A highly flammable cloud that was ignited by sparks created by two passenger trains passing each other nearby. Both trains were carrying many children: one was returning from a holiday vacation on the Black Sea and the other was taking children there.

Child killer Elisabeth Wiese aka Die Engelmacherin von St. Pauli is executed by the Guillotine by Alwin Engelhardt at the age of 46 in Hamburg, Hamburg, Germany. Between 1902 and 1903 Wiese poisoned five young children.
