Modern medical experts are in agreement that her heart's discolouration was due not to poisoning but to cancer, something which was not understood at the time.

Serial killer Archibald Thomson Hall aka The Monster Butler aka Roy Fontaine dies of a stroke at the age of 78 in Kingston Prison, Portsmouth, Hampshire, United Kingdom. Hall made numerous suicide attempts in prison which were all unsuccessful.
