 Murderer Emerson Edward Rudd is executed by lethal injection at the age of 31 in Huntsville Prison, 815 12th Street, Huntsville, Texas, United States. When the time came for prison officers to transport Rudd from death row to the execution chamber he resisted. Officers used pepper gas to control Rudd and he gave no further trouble. Rudd kept his promise to refuse his last meal. |
