Mallon spent her life in quarantine at the Riverside Hospital since 27 March 1915. Six years before her death she was paralyzed by a stroke. An autopsy found evidence of live typhoid bacteria in her gallbladder.

22-year-old performance artist Danny Devos aka DDV performs 'Death-Threat' in 'Echelle 1/1981' in Brussel, Brabant, Belgium. In a room closed for the audience I made an installation with vacuum cleaners and noise music.
