 Poet, playwright and theatre director Bertolt Eugen Friedrich Brecht dies of a heart attack at the age of 58 in Berlin, Berlin, Germany. In his will Brecht provided instructions that a stiletto be placed in his heart and that he be buried in a steel coffin so that his corpse could not be eaten by worms. |
