KZ-Aufseherin in Ravensbrück, Auschwitz-Birkenau and Bergen-Belsen Irma Ida Ilse Grese aka Die Hyäne von Auschwitz is executed by hanging by Albert Pierrepoint at the age of 22 in Zuchthaus Hameln, Hameln, Sachsen, Germany. On this day Grese, two other women and eight men were hanged.
