66-year-old self-proclaimed Emperor of Central Africa Jean-Bédel Bokassa is sentenced to death in Palais de Justice, Rue de Normandie, Bangui, Ombella-M'Poko, Central African Republic. Bokassa was found guilty of all but the cannibalism charges.
