 Terrorist Timothy James 'Tim' McVeigh aka The Oklahoma City Bomber is executed by lethal injection at the age of 33 in Federal Correctional Complex, Terre Haute, Indiana, United States. McVeigh invited conductor and composer David Woodard to perform pre-requiem Mass music on the eve of his execution. McVeigh's last meal request was for two pints of mint chocolate chip ice cream. McVeigh chose William Ernest Henley's poem 'Invictus' as his final statement. |
