William Gaffney is abducted, strangled, cut to pieces, roasted and partly eaten by serial killer, child rapist and cannibal Albert Fish aka The Cannibal aka The Werewolf of Wysteria aka The Moon Maniac at the age of 4 in 99 Fifteenth Street, Brooklyn, New York, New York, United States.

Gaffney was abducted from Riker Avenue, Astoria, Queens. His body was dumped in the Bowery Bay.
