Murderer Ernest L. Hoefgen is executed by hanging at the age of 31 in Lansing Correctional Facility, 301 E Kansas Avenue, Lansing, Kansas, United States. Hoefgen called for two chicken dinners and got both. He asked for peaches and cream with the noon meal and changed this dessert to ice cream for the evening meal. |
