41-year-old King of Bavaria Ludwig II aka Der Märchenkönig is officially declared incapable of executing his governmental powers due to insanity in Schloss Neuschwanstein, Hohenschwangau, Bayern, Germany. Ludwig II was transported to Schloss Berg on the shores of Starnberger See, south of München.
