Mass murderer Jessy Carlos San Miguel aka The Taco Bell Killer is executed by lethal injection at the age of 29 in Huntsville Prison, 815 12th Street, Huntsville, Texas, United States. 19-year-old San Miguel and 17-year-old Jerome Green killed 28-yearold manager Michael Phelan, 16-year-old pregnant waitress Theresa Fraga, her 23-year-old cousin Frank Fraga and 35-year-old Son Nyugen during the robbery of a Taco Bell restaurant in Irving on 26 January 1991. Green was sentenced to 50 years imprisonment.
