I was tied to a table which I could turn over 360° by my own power. In the room next door where the public was slides of industrial landscapes were shown. The door between the two rooms was continuously opened and slammed back so only a few people could have a glance at the performance inside each time. When the door was closed you could hear loud monotone music when it was open you didn’t hear anything.

Slave and murderess Jane Elkins is executed by hanging in Dallas, Texas, United States. Elkins was the first woman to be executed in Texas. She was convicted of killing her master named Wisdom with an axe-blow to the head.
